I’ve been part of the Three Way ISD family for 12 years now, starting as a paraprofessional and moving through various roles including coach, junior high teacher, K-12 technology and CTE teacher, CTE director, and yearbook teacher. In 2018, I received my Master’s in Education in Instructional Design and Technology. Every step of the way, I’ve been driven by a desire to make a positive impact and to see our students and teachers thrive.
I’m a firm believer in the power of education and the incredible impact each one of us can have. George Couros said, “We can't be successful if we don't have relationships with the people that we serve,” and I believe that building strong, meaningful relationships is the crucial to our success. I’m committed to creating the best possible environment for our students.
Preparing our students for the real world is about more than just academic knowledge. It’s about developing critical thinking skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. I’m dedicated to providing opportunities for our students to explore, collaborate, and apply their learning in real-world situations.
I want to celebrate our students’ achievements and encourage them to pursue their passions. By providing a safe and supportive learning environment, we give our students the confidence to take risks, make mistakes, and learn from them. Their mental health and well-being is just as important as their academic success, and together, we can nurture the whole child.
By working closely with families, staff, and community members, we can build a shared vision where everyone feels valued and supported. Open communication, transparency, and strong partnerships will help us achieve our goals.
I am immensely proud to be a BRAVE, and my love for Three Way fuels my dedication to shaping a brighter future for our students. Together, we will empower them to achieve their dreams and create an environment where everyone thrives.
