Three Way ISD Community Voice Matters // 3rd Qtr. Survey Results

Three Way ISD Community Voice Matters
At Three Way ISD, we believe in Building Excellence Through Exceptional Experiences That Empower Learners for Life — and that begins with listening to every voice in our school community.
This fall, we conducted our district-wide stakeholder survey, inviting parents, community members, students (grades 3–12), and staff from both campuses to share feedback on how we are doing as a district. This anonymous survey, developed by district leadership in alignment with our District Site-Based Committee goals (Year 3 of 5) and our Five-Year Strategic Plan, helps us measure progress and identify new opportunities for growth.
Who Participated:
We’re proud to share that responses came from every corner of our Brave Nation — families, students, and staff — reflecting the heart of our district. Our youngest learners (PK–2) were represented through their parents and guardians to ensure all student voices were included.
Access for All:
To make sure everyone had the opportunity to participate, the survey was available in both English and Spanish and was accessible across all devices, including smartphones. For those without personal technology access, we provided district devices on campus and at events to support completion.
What’s Next:
Your feedback plays a vital role in shaping our next steps. Together, we will use these insights to guide decision-making, improve communication, and strengthen programs that support every student’s success.
Thank you for taking the time to share your voice. Your partnership helps us continue Building Respectful, Accountable, Valuable, Excellent, and Sustainable Champions — in academics, character, and community.
