After much prayer, reflection, and discussion with my family, I have made the difficult decision to resign as Superintendent of Three Way ISD effective July 20, 2026.
I have accepted a position with Education Service Center Region 6 as a School Success Specialist, where I will support school districts across Texas in improving student outcomes and strengthening educational systems. While I am excited about this new opportunity, leaving Three Way ISD is one of the hardest decisions I have ever made.
Over the past four years, it has been my honor and privilege to serve this incredible district and community. Together, we have accomplished so much. We have strengthened academic programs, improved accountability outcomes, enhanced school safety, expanded opportunities for students, and worked diligently to ensure that every child has access to a high-quality educational experience.
None of these accomplishments would have been possible without the support of our Board of Trustees, staff, parents, students, and community members. Three Way ISD is a special place because of the people who call it home. Your commitment to students and your support of the district have made a lasting impact on me both professionally and personally.
I am especially grateful to our staff members, who consistently go above and beyond for students. Their dedication, professionalism, and heart for children have been the driving force behind the district's success.
Although I will be serving in a different role, I will always cherish my time at Three Way ISD. The relationships built, memories created, and accomplishments achieved together will remain among the most meaningful experiences of my career.
Thank you for your trust, encouragement, and support. It has been an honor to serve this community, and I am confident that Three Way ISD's future is bright. The district is well-positioned for continued success, and I look forward to cheering on the Braves for years to come.
With sincere appreciation and gratitude,
