Bring the whole family for a fun-filled evening featuring games, activities, delicious food, a silent auction, and plenty of opportunities to support our students and school community. We can’t wait to see everyone there!

Wondering what Fall Fest will actually look like? We’ve got a whole evening of fall fun planned for our Braves! And we’ve designed the event so that presales make your night easier, faster, and more fun.

🎟️ YOUR PRESALE WRISTBAND = ALL THE FUN!

Students who purchase a festival wristband will wear it throughout Fall Fest to access all of the festival activities. When you arrive, your family’s presale items will already be organized and waiting for you in a family tote bag—your Fall Fest “Loot Bag”! 🛍️

Your family’s tote will include:

This is one of the biggest reasons we’re encouraging families to presale your wristbands and meals! When you purchase your wristbands ahead of time, your family will have a designated presale entrance, and your items will already be organized and waiting for you in your family Fall Fest Loot Bag. You won't have to stop and purchase wristbands at the door! Plus, wristband prices will increase at the door, so purchasing during the presale is the best deal for your family. 💵

📖 THE FALLING INTO FALL PASSPORT

Every student with a wristband will receive a Falling Into Fall Passport! As students participate in activities throughout the festival, they can collect a stamp for each activity they complete. The goal? Collect them all! ⭐🍁 Before heading home, students can turn in their completed passports for extra surprises, goodies, or party favors to add to their Loot Bag! 🎁 And there's another bonus: the passports will help us see which activities our students enjoyed the most so we can use that information when planning future events!

🎨 THERE WILL BE SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE!

We’re filling the festival with activities for our little Braves, big Braves, families, and friends, including:

👶 A QUIET ZONE FOR OUR LITTLEST BRAVES

We know that big crowds, noise, and lots of activity can sometimes be a little much for our youngest guests. That's why we’ll have a Quiet Zone where our littlest Braves can enjoy some age-appropriate games or simply take a little break from the excitement.

Student festival wristbands are available for presale and include access to all festival activities!

❤️ 1st student: $20

🖤 2nd student/sibling: $15

🍂 Each additional student/sibling: $10

Presale order forms are going home this week  - be sure to complete and return them by October 15 so your students are ready for all the fun!

Come hungry! Our Pitmaster Pass meal tickets let you enjoy a great meal while supporting our students.

Each meal includes the entrée, condiments, chips, a drink, and dessert.

Presale meal tickets are a great way to plan ahead, but à la carte options will also be available. Cash or Venmo only. Please see the attached food menu and presale flyer for ordering and payment information.

We strongly encourage every family to participate in presales! ❤️🖤 Ordering ahead helps us know how many students and families to plan for, prepare enough food, and reduce wait times at the festival so everyone can spend less time in line and more time enjoying the fun!

📝 HOW TO PLACE YOUR PRESALE ORDER

Presale order forms will be sent home with every student. See the picture below so you know exactly what to look for in your student’s backpack! Families with multiple students can turn in one form per family. Family guests (like grandparents or siblings who do not attend TWISD) can also be included on the form!

📅 PRESALE DEADLINE: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15!

🍂 Please don't wait until the last minute! Getting your orders in early helps us prepare for a successful event and helps your family spend less time waiting and more time enjoying Fall Fest. Every presale order makes a difference!

One of the highlights of Fall Fest will be our Silent Auction, featuring a variety of items and baskets donated by our students, school organizations, and generous community members!

Here’s what you can look forward to:

🍁 Class-Themed Baskets: Each class is putting together a themed basket, with students contributing items to create something special.

🛠️ Student Organization Items: Look for contributions from groups such as Ag, Welding, FFA, Cheer, and other student organizations.

🎁 Community Donations: We’ll also feature items generously donated by local businesses and community members.

This is a wonderful opportunity to support our students, celebrate their hard work, and take home something special!

Would you or your business like to donate an item for the silent auction? We would be incredibly grateful for your support! Gift baskets, products, services, gift cards, experiences, and other items are all welcome. Your generosity helps make this event possible and supports our school community. 

We are still looking for parent and community volunteers to help organize and run the festival! Whether you can help with planning, preparing activities, setting up, running a game or booth, assisting with the auction, or cleaning up, we would love to have you on our team.
